- We had satu programme panggil Diploma In Information Technology.
- Oliver is an artist and needs to keep traveling due to his acting career. Oliver has one son and he was seeking college or university for his son.
- When Oliver previously enrolled his son at the local school, Oliver had to physically be present in the school campus and negotiate the necessary dealings with the school staff.
- Oliver also had difficulty conversing in Bahasa Malaysia as the majority of school teachers were not able to speak English fluently.
- This is Oliver's workstation where he will use the proposed web application to book an appointment to have a consultation and register for his son.
- In the Book Appointment page, Oliver can book an appointment slot by entering his name, email, phone number and select the available time slot.
- After the registration, Oliver's son will successfully enroll in the program and the course his son wants.
