- Yes, yes, I did hear that it has demonstrated the values of family and community for four generations and now boasts of 400 plus stores across the US!! Isn't that amazing???I sure will have a great learning journey being the part of a huge finance team
- Oh wow! I feel like I am a part of a large happy family! I am joining one of the biggest supermarket chain of companies/ its indeed a retail world giant! And you know what I leant in the onboarding about its interesting History?
- I need more communication forums and opportunities...I need to get more invites and know what's happening in the finance world within Giant Eagle? Isn't it? and self-learn through videos and use the resources to train others as well to get the synergy of a successful finance team!! Isn't it?
- With little support, regular meetings, training and assessments, we can upskill ourselves and deliver a lot more together!! I can take support of my US partners and collaborate to deliver enhanced results support each other's work goals and finance transformation journey
- How was our jounery initially???Oh no!! I thought this was super easy .... but the finance is going through transformation and Changes! phew oh my oh my this is tough!! calculations, validations ....old vs new processes etc etc the list is just not ending...Hmm wait let me think, I think this problem has an opportunity???

- Yes, we can!! Do not worry we will slowly get there!!You have many resources, Online videos and training resources...
- Decide a goal and propose plan to achieve it.
- I'll have to complete the new Complex reconciliation report much ahead before the deadline, I have to learn the Reports, Analysis, Many other tasks.... How do I deliver them on time with no errors? Learning new things was never easy..
