- When this democracy was made women weren't allowed to vote because they were not citizens until well after the democracy started
- Why aren't women allowed to vote?
- Maybe its because you guys weren't considered citizens.
- I don't know, but it's not fair to you guys.
- Solon was one the first lawmakers and he set the ground for democracy.
- I made it so all enslaved citizens were set free and relieved of their debt.
- I am solon the lawmaker from ancient times. I reformed constitution, economy, and morality.
- Athens and Sparta became sworn enemies after Athens began to gain power.
- I am from Sparta and I hate Athens because they try to take us over but we won't let them!
- Sparta is trying to join us and we don't want them to. we kept them out until they beat us in the Peloponnesian War!
- Greece had a direct democracy which means people vote for every office and if they don't they are punnished.
- Why must we vote almost every single day?
- I have no idea.
- Athens and Sparta had many mountains with large craters in them. people were usually only allowed to live there. they were not allowed to leave those city-states.
- Why must I stay here? I want to go out and explore the world!
- I'm really happy everyone has equal rights here in Greece
- Yeah, no one is discriminated at all
