- I just don't have time to find all of these in the store to try on!

- Busy Bailey works a demanding job, and her work meetings often go late into the night. When she does have some free time, she prefers to spend it with her dog, Ken.
- This one is perfect! But I just remembered I'm low on cleaning supplies... could you grab me a pack of paper towels while I take this off?
- Sure thing!
- Bailey needs a dress for a friend's wedding, but is overwhelmed by the number of options she likes online. She needs to go to the store to try them on, but worries how long it will take to find them all. She adds them to her cart and uses the in-store app to set a time to come in.
- Your total for the day is $178.65. I can use the credit card you have on file and you'll be all set!
- At the store, a Personalized Shopper greets Bailey at the door with all of the items she found online.
- I like the second option!
- That was so easy! I may go to the store in person more often... or we'll go on more walks, Ken!
- Bailey tries things on and picks out a dress she likes. Her Personalized Shopper is able to pick up a few extra things for her, too!
