- Perseus meets Athene

- Perseus sets off
- This is going to take a while.
- Perseus meets the Grey Sisters
- We will not tell you where you can find the Gorgon Child of man.
- Then I shall throw your eye into the sea.
- Athene askes Perseus to kill Medusa with the help of a shield and winged shoes, she also tells him where to go. After he gets his items Perseus sets out to kill Medusa.
- Perseus meets the nymphs.
- It is too dangerous to go.
- Perseus has set out with his golden sandals Hermes gave him and is on his way to find the Grey Sisters to tell him where to find Medusa.
- Perseus finds Medusa

- Perseus meets the Grey Sisters and tries to get them to tell him by being nice, but they will not tell him. So when they are passing the eye and tooth around he gets the eye and threatens to throw it into the sea so they tell him he has the see Atlas. A literary device is when Perseus was comparing wisdom to being a daughter of old age.
- Perseus is chased by the Gorgons
- Get him
- Perseus finds the nymphs and tells them he is trying to kill Medusa they tell him not too, but he is determined on going so they led him to Atlas and tells him that he needs Hades' helm of darkness and sends a nymph to go grab it. A literary device is when it said the nymphs sang like nightingales.
- I must.
- I will destroy you
- Perseus has found Medusa and the Gorgons he takes out his sword and kills Medusa by chopping off her head and he wraps it up and leaves.
- Perseus left Medusa's lair but not without waking up the other Gorgons. The Gorgons follow him out and he runs and puts the helm of darkness on and runs from the Gorgons but with the helm the Gorgons can no longer see him so he gets away.
