- Hey Everyone, I am your new manager of this company. I and your team leader made a plan for the improving the employee satisfaction with Compensation plan , career development plan and many more . Therefore, you can enjoy your work without any stress load get satisficed with your job .
- I am going to give the all benefits like health care, more pay for the overtime and many more. I make sure everyone should be respectful at any level. Also I am going to renovate this office and give your personal cubical to everyone. If someone wants to gain more knowledge and skills, the training will be provided to them. And also for your entertainment and refreshment, I am also going to open small The Den for all of you. If you have any better suggestion and idea, you guys can tell me now.
