- On a bright, sunny day in India, an explorer stumbled upon a bustling market. A man approached him, offering a gift—a monkey’s paw. The man explained that it granted three wishes, but warned that each wish would come with dire consequences. Unfazed, the explorer shrugged off the warning and accepted the monkey’s paw.

- when the explorer got back from India, he came to tell his friends about his adventures. They started talking and the he started talking about the monkeys paw. The explorer told him that he got it as a gift from a random market. But the man warned him that it gave anyone 3 wishes but those three wishes would come in consequences and offered it the the family. The family didn't care and took the paw thinking nothing bad would happen to them if they made a wish.

- Later that night the family was trying to think of what to wish for with the paw. They thought of $100,000 but the boy said to wish for a smaller amount like $300 dollars so they dont sound so greedy. They agreed and the man said "I wish for $300"
