Scene 1 starts off with Macbeth visiting the Three Witches, demanding them to tell him his future.
Scene 1, Part 4
Be lion-mettled, proud, and take no careWho chafes, who frets, or where conspirers are. Macbeth shall never vanquished be until Great Birnam Wood to high Dunsinane HillShall come against him.
The Three Witches summon apparitions to convey Macbeth's future to him. The first one (An Armed Head) tells Macbeth to "Beware Macduff", which confirms his suspicions.
Scene 1, Part 5

The second apparition ( A Bloody Child) tells him that no one born of a woman will harm him.
Macbeth! Macbeth! Macbeth!Be bloody, bold, and resolute. Laugh to scorn The power of man, for none of woman born Shall harm Macbeth.
The thrid apparition ( A Child crowned with a tree in his hand) tells him that he won't be defeated until Birnam Wood marches down Dunsinane Hill
That will never be. Who can impress the forest, bid the tree Unfix his earthbound root? Sweet bodements! Good! Rebellious dead, rise never till the wood Of Birnam rise, and our high-placed Macbeth Shall live the lease of nature, pay his breath To time and mortal custom.
After the witches and apparitions disappear, Macbeth believe that his power is overall safe. Except the fact that Banquo's children still inherit the Throne
