- Skylar, Jessie, and Vanessa are sixteen year old cousins who are high-spiritedexplorers who win a contest to surveyUranus. Blue is a four armed mysterious creature who lives on a lake in Uranus.
- The day began like any otherSkylar and her cousins, Vanessa and Jessie, surprisingly win a galacticcontest that allows them to visit the blue and green planet, Uranus for three days starting September 15. They are going to explore Uranus to see if it could be an Earth colony.They were given supplies and a radio that allowed them to communicate with the people on Earth incase an emergency were to happen.When they landed on Uranus, they unpacked the supplies, set up the tents and organized the camp.
- Event 2 :After Skylar, Vanessa and Jessie finished unpacking they decided to leave their camp to go explore their surroundings and came across a lake. The lake was the color of all the different shades of blue mixed with gold flakes. They continued to explore the lake when they spotted a mysterious blue and green creature with four arms .Before they could approach it, an earsplitting noise filled the air and the creature quickly ran away.
- Climax:When the noise died down they decided to go back to their camp site to make sure everything was okay. To their horror, they found their rocket had been destroyed by a massive asteroid. They had no way to communicate with Earth because they accidentally forgot their communication devices in the rocket. Fortunately, their tents were intact. They decided to wait until the next day to go back to the lake to see if the mysterious creature they saw would be able to help them.
- Event 3:It is the next day and they are walking towards the sparkling lake where they spotted the strange creature earlier. They found the mysterious creature gently floating on the lakeshore. They carefully approached the creature telling it that they were not going to hurt him and asking if he knew a way back to Earth. Astoundingly, the creature answered them in a shaking voice. It tells them that the only way to get back to Earth is through a black hole that appears only on September 17 at 9:17 am. The next day was going to be September 17, which meant that they only had one chance to get to Earth. They ask the creature what his name was and if he could help them find the black hole. The creature tells them that his name is Blue and tells them that the black hole would appear in front of the lake. They thanked Blue and returned to their campsite to wait until the next day.
- The next day, the morning of September 17, they left to go to the lake. When they arrived there they saw Blue standing in front of the majestic lake. Blue told them he wanted to make sure that they were able to get to the lake on time before it was too late. It was already 9:16 am which meant that there was only one minute left for the black hole to appear. Skylar, Vanessa, and Jessie thanked Blue for being a devoted friend to them. Blue said that he was always taught to be a kind and generous person and he was glad to be able to help them. Just a few moments later, the black hole appeared in front of them. It was 9:17. They each walked into the black hole and waved goodbye to Blue. Right before the black hole closed Skylar looked back and saw Blue vanishing into the lake. The black hole closed and took them back to Earth, where they arrived the next day.
