- Once upon a time in 1919, in a far off land very similar to america. The only difference, was giants.
- Schenk vs. United States
- There was a young boy named Jack stuck in the middle of a war. This boy had very strong opinions opposing the war, and wanted everyone to know that.
- Im so appose to them sending us to war with those giants!
- I think that you should do something about it! You should let the people know what they're signing up for!
- And the United States of Giantia lived happily ever after... The esponionage act remained, and the citizens of Giantia had their first aprend right to speak freeley about government issues halted during a time of war if it was a danger to the country...
- Jack was forced to complete a sentence in the local prison, and the war against the giants still raged on...
- Im sorry son, but giving out fliers isn't allowed, im going to have to put you under arrest.
- Not Under the esponionage act!
- Thats a violation of my freedom of speech! I'm taking this to the supreme court
- What! I have a right to hand these out! I plead the first!

- The court holds that the Esponionage act is not in violation of the first aprendment, on the basis that the anti-war fliers were creating a present danger during these waring times.
