- As he is taking good care of his farm thinking he could give his family nutritious food, yet an unexpected pandemic happens, which is the CoVid-19.
- Marginalized sector refers to the part of the economy that does not fall under the range of organized economic activities such as People with Disability (PWD), farmers, fishermen, indigenous people, women, children, etc.
- While the marginalized population refers to the group of people that are being excluded and discriminated against due to social, economic, political, and cultural reasons. Some of the marginalized population includes race, gender identity, sexual orientations, age, physical ability or appearance, language and immigration status.
- Natoy, is a vegetable farmer who works day and night to feed his family of 5.He is taking good care of his vegetables as he will soon deliver his goods to his buyer, Ms. Grace in the city.
- But Ms. Grace the goods are now organized and ready to be delivered tomorrow. Please do not back out, I really need the money for my family.
- Aside from the strict rules implemented, he didn’t expect that his buyer would contact and back out on him 2 days before his delivery.
- I am deeply sorry for this Mr. Natoy but I will no longer buy your goods because I really prioritize the health of my customers.
- I understand your struggles Mr. Natoy but this is one of the ways to prevent the Covid 19 from spreading.
- As he does not have any buyers aside from Ms. Grace he doesn't know what to do with his goods since it is not like his fellow farmers could buy the stacks of goods and re-sell them.
