HEY, I want to raise something happening at the workplace regarding our wage don't you think they are being unfair about wage gap
you took the words out of my mouth ,I was about to talk about that issue because its concerning and it is not right at all.
They continue having a conversation about this issue
I suggest that tomorrow at work we should talk to the head of the department of management or shop stewards
that would be great thing to do because we all work hard and we all have equal rights in the workplace that is the policy
the next day at work...
I think we should consult to the shop steward for our grievances
we should go now because it is our right to get one under section 14 of LRA , we should go to his office now .
THE EMPLOYEES ARE HAVING DISCUSSION RERGADING OF THE ISSUE THEY SUFFER FROM IN THE WORKPLACE WHICH IS WAGE GAP.

Good morning sire we here because we have some concerns regarding the the wage gap we are not happy about it
As they are end their conversation about the matter they concluded that they will raise the issue to the management
the meeting with the shop steward regarding their grievances continues
they decide to consult to the Shop steward so they could be presented by it to the management
Addressing to the staff(women)
The employees are now telling their grievances to the shop steward to find solutions
Sir we are being treated as if we don't work hard like males although we do, I wish the management could do few changes because we have bills to pay

The shop steward is carefully listening to the employees and flashback the shop steward was election a month ago to avoid disputes in the work and there can be order in the departments
we want to bring it to the managements attention that they are treating us unfairly we would like to know why is happening .
I believe that it is our right to file al lawsuit against the management for discriminating us as women here at work now have had ENOUGH!!!
OH wait mam .. I understand your frustrations but we have to go according to the law of the government and the policy of the workplace i have a meeting with the management for now lets call a meeting for woman staff only so they can be aware.
The shop steward is addressing that he will take the complaints to the management but first he will have a meeting with his colleagues.
Good morning/day staff it was brought to my attention that you all cry about wage gap here in the organization so I as a head shop steward decided that we will have meeting with the trade union and the organization about your grievances and here the side of the management .
