- The next day
- I cannot allow my employees to strike without following protocol, they must get back to work before I give them warnings.
- I would like to tell everyone that won't be wage increase this year, the business is not making money
- This is unacceptable.
- You failed to follow the protocol thats why we are in this position now.
- Boardroom
- We must never forget who we are fighting for, we are here to represent workers, we are here to assist them with their grievances I am disappointed, some of us are thinking about themselves only, that has to change.
- Boardroom
- We apologize, the fear of losing our job is the cause of the problem, from now on we will perform our duties accordingly.

- The manager is having an argument with Magagu the general of South African Automotive union because employees do not want to work until their demands are met and the manager is threatening to issue warning to those who participate in the illegal strike. Magagu agrees that he will stop the protest for now.
- Inside the factory building
- I had a conversation with your manager, you must get back to work, the matter will be resolved soon. If you don't then you will receive a warning.
- Anderson addresses the incident that happened a day before, reminding his fellow employees the roles and responsibilities of a shop steward. He also tells them how he feels about what they did, Ben and Martin are angry.
- Municipality office
- I am here to register for financial support for my business, we are currently not making money and employees are demanding raise which makes the situation worse
- Haydrick apologies for their behaviour and outlines the reason why they acted in that manner, they promise to work hard and to stay committed to their duties.
- Manager's office
- Meeting between the manager, shop stewards and trade union General Dumisani Magagu.
- We are here to demand feedback about the memorandum we gave you yesterday.
- Mr magagu tries to stop the protest by telling the workers the consequences of their illegal strike, he also promises the workers that the issue is going to be resolved soon to try and calm them down and get them back to work.
- Mr Jones goes to the municipality office to apply for financial support from the government since his business is failing because of the lockdown restrictions blocking him from going to potential investors and looking for new customers. He will have to wait for 6 week before his application can be approved, workers are not patient they want their salaries.
- Sure, I can register your business but it takes 6 weeks for the registration to be accepted.
- The manager has a meeting with the trade union representative and the shop stewards, the manager fails to come up with a solution because he doesn't know how the situation will then out, so he wants everyone to wait for the government to respond. The shop stewards are not pleased with this response.
- I cannot provide a answer now, i have applied for financial support from the government, give me 2 months and I will come with a solution.
