  • Good day Sir, i',m here regarding the issue of working long hours with no extra payment, why is it so because that serves as an overtime?
  • Good to see you too sir, regarding the matter i have to meet with my staff and management. i will have a look to it and take actions.
  • One of the employees is worried about the disciplinery hearing he has to attend then the other employee advises him on joining the union. Unions appoint shop steward to deal with these matter at the workplace on behlaf of the union.

  • Yes that was unintentional, we promise it will not happen again, we will even draft the work schedules and so forth to avoid such things from happening again
  • Good day sir, i have called the meeting as i said, and we discussed the matter and we see our mistake and will correct it. That should not have haopened to our workers, and we apologise for the inconvinience
  • The shop steward is at the canteen having a conversation with the employees and recruiting them for his union. Most of the employees are keen to join the union and the number of shop steward in the work place are determined by the number of employees joined that union.

  • The shop steward is at the office with the manager discussing the issues that workers have. The manger needs to look at the matter and give feedback
  • Workers are also complaining of not having a work schedule,normal time and overtime. The BCEA addresses thiese issues.
  • The management have met and discussed the issues raised by the shop steward and have come up with a solution to deal with the matter as soon as possible. They will do a work schedule and comply with BCEA regulation and other laws. because the shop steward have the right to report any transgression in the workplace.
  • I'm glad you see where you gone wrong and correct that. because issues like that are to be reported andthe company itself should comply with the laws
