I hate how King Louis XIV is ruling our beloved home France and handling the many problems right now! I'm being forced to spend so much of my money just for necessities to live. All thanks to this food crisis! But it's not just the lower classes. In the Fuedal System it was nobles who were loyal to the kings but now thanks to this disastrous revolution many people including nobles/knights are losing loyalty and commitment to the king.
Reaction/Impacts of French Revolution
Yeah, I know right, me and my friends as well as other women along the country have been rioting over the price of food, joined clubs organized by women, and others took part in movements against the Revolution, ranging from individual acts of assassination to joining in the massive rebellion in the west of France against the revolutionary government.
The French Revolution effected the people and society in many positive and negative aspects. These impacts include putting an end to the Feudal System, disband a kingdom and it's monarchy, as well as establishing more civil laws and fairer representation of all people under the government, and the French Revolution served to unify/strengthen France as a country and a people. Many classes of people were negatively impacted too. Peasants, for example, were extremely unhappy because the monarch who had to rule at the time of the French Revolution, King Louis XIV, was running the country extremely poorly and being unable to solve the food crisis, caused Peasants to spend up to 90% of their income solely on bread. The French Revolution also caused many high authority powers to lose some of that power as well as bring an uprising in educational ideas. The Catholic Church lost power which was an extremely important major part of society, The Bourbon Rule was ended in France also due to the French Revolution, as well as the groundwork for Communism was laid. Now people are considered the "Source of Power" due to all of high ranking powers falling and many ideas also based on the people.
