- Macduff’s family killed: ACT 4, Scene 2, Page 5In this scene, Lady Macduff is talking to her son, when a murderer enters and stabs Lady Macduff’s son. Lady Macduff ran away screaming “murderers!”, while her son died.

- The army is ready. All we have to do now is say goodbye to the king. Macbeth is ripe for the picking.
- Bring me face to face with Macbeth, that devil of Scotland. Put him within the reach of my sword, and if he escapes, may heaven forgive him as well!
- Malcolm and Macduff plan to kill Macbeth: ACT 4, Scene 3, Page 10In this scene, Macduff finds out Macbeth killed his family and plans revenge. Malcolm and Macduff come up with the plan to go to Macbeth and kill him.

- The queen is dead, my lord.
- She would have died later anyway. That newswas bound to come someday. Tomorrow, andtomorrow, and tomorrow.
- Lady Macbeth suicide: ACT 5, Scene 5In this scene, Macbeth is preparing for battle against Macduff and Malcolm, until he gets the news that the queen is dead. Macbeth is unbothered by this and says it would have happened anyway.
