  • Hello! My name is strips the Zebra . I will be helping you understand Darwin's Theory of Evolution by natural selection of the zebra.
  • Overpopulation: Zebras all over the place! More zebras are being produced than the environment can handle
  • Variation: Zebras show variation in their appearance. Some can be black and white, some can have lighter or darker stripes and some can even be all black or white1
  • Wassup guys! You guys are looking pretty good. We are different but alike if you know what I mean!
  • Adaptation: Zebras adapt to their environment in order to survive. Zebras have very long, strong legs for running, strong teeth for breaking down tough grass and steams. Zebras also utilize their stripes to camouflage themselves from predators, like lions
  • Natural Selection: The Zebra stripes acted as a form of camouflage against predators such aa lions. Lions are colorblind so its harder for them to see the zebras; making it easier to survive
  • I know you're here! I'm going to get you ** Looks around sees nothing**
  • There are 3 species of Zebras (Grevy's Zebra, Plains Zebras, and the Mountain Zebra) in the world. However, over thousands of years, genetic mutations that alter the production of melanin is creating rare spotted and oddly stripped zebras.
  • Hey, who is the new kid he got really cool stripes! Wonder where she come from
