- I agree that we should use the health advocacy lens where the ideal outcome would be to build a strong public health system to improve service delivery and implement system-wide policies and interventions that improve health for all.
- It would be best to do a mixed method study with a pragmatic worldview that focuses on 'what works' rather than what might be considered absolutely and objectively 'true' or 'real'.
