“We are going to make mistakes. And things not everyone is going to agree with... You learn from everything you do”
Don't do that!
oops
Anthony discusses his childhood memories of the most important lessons of hard work and perseverance he learned from his parents and friends from Lodi.

1 Out!
In middle and high school, Anthony first tried out and played baseball as a catcher.

“I just didn’t fit with the culture of PC. I missed my friends from back home in Lodi.”
What is this?!

I don't understand this.
Anthony first arrived at Paramus Catholic where he didn’t feel he fit in and suffered academically and athletically.

“The biggest things baseball will teach you… If you can go out and successfully fail out on a baseball field, then failing anywhere else in your life is a heck of a lot easier”
Anthony returns to Lodi High School for his Sophomore year and starts his first baseball season in which he becomes obsessed and learns many life lessons.

After having 3 great baseball seasons at Lodi High School, he is recruited to play baseball at Centenary University in Hackettstown, New Jersey.

Biology 101
“That first 2 years at Cent was dark for me. My grandmother died my first week in college and I was struggling in my classes”
I don't get this!
After his first 2 years, Anthony struggled again on the field and in the classroom where his coach put him on academic suspension for having under a 2.0 GPA.

Watching him make this comeback from such hardships to where he was able to get to was an inspiration to me.
In his last 2 years of college Anthony was able to improve his grades back up to a 3.5 GPA and improve his play on the field until he graduated in 2022.

“Watching Anthony wake up everyday at 5 a.m. and put his body on the line day in and day out is absolutely incredible”
“Because you need to do it for yourself and explore things on your own. If I could give you that last little piece of advice”
After completing college he enrolled into the New Jersey State Police Academy where he is today.
