- Odysseus Discovers The Island
- Entering the Cave
- Polyphemus or Giant Cyclops
- Odysseus's Men Are Eaten
- In the distance, Odysseus sees an Island. He has been traveling for many years
- Cyclops on the Hill with His Sheep
- When Odysseus and his men get to the abandoned cave they go in to explore it.
- Odysseus's 1st Attempt to Escape
- Then they realize the cave that Odysseus and his men were in belonged to a giant cyclops named Polyphemus.
- Exploring the Island
- Two of Odysseus's men are killed because the cyclops was hungry and he did not have anything to eat.
- Final Escape to the Boat
- Eventually Polyphemus leaves the cave and goes to see his sheep on the hill. Meanwhile, Odysseus and his men attempt to escape the cave.
- Odysseus and his men get out of the cave while Polyphemus was checking on his sheep.
- Odysseus and his men explored the island but found nothing. They returned to the cave for food and warmth.
- Polyphemus returned to the cave and Odyseeus and his men escaped a second time. They used the sheep to hide under and returned to Troy with the sheep.
