- A Trade Union is an association of employees who's principle purpose is to regulate relation between employees and employer's, including any employer's or any employer's organizations.
- Some other duties that comes with being a trade union organizer are....
- The main of a trade union organizer is to recruit new members and assist the union in serving its vast membership.
- But what about the rights of a union organizer?
- Of course how could I forget. Some of the rights entitled to union organizers are......
- Extensive Knowledge of the industry and the importance of trade unions as organized labour.Server as an ambassador for the trade union.Excellent communication skills in English and Xhosa to sell union as the union of choice.
