- Thousands of workers took time to build palaces,Schools,orphanages,hospitals,mosque,and a lot of other buildings.Muslims built new kinds of architecture.

- In medieval times Lots of educated people believed that earth was round but had a lot of disagreement about the size of earth,Muslim scientist improved calculations made by ancient Greeks to measure the circumference of earth that was close to the correct value.

- Muslims made hospitals open to all people, by the 10th century Baghdad had around 5 hospitals at least.Anyone who needed treatment was able to at these centers.Most hospitals also worked as training centers for new doctors that needed to be trained.
