- What company are you currently working for or last worked for, and what job do you have?
- My last job was at Plastone Language School Inc. and I'm an assistant teacher.
- What training methods were used by your company to train you? and please describe this training briefly.
- Before I became an assistant teacher, they taught us how to read and write the 3 Japanese writing systems and how to learn and memorize the basic words until we passed the exam.
- How far have you developed this training?
- I was actually not a beginner when I started, I study on my own but I am not a pro. I know some words and I can construct a sentence and say it, so the training developed me for 6 months.
- Is your training method effective?
- Yes, it was effective because, compared to other trainees, I passed the exam within six months, and it widened my understanding of the Japanese language and gave me confidence when dealing with others who spoke the language also.
