- Two classmates, Anne and Justin, are working on their school project in the Computer Laboratory while communicating through Messenger. Justin sends Anne a message saying that her presentation could be improved. Anne misinterprets his message as an insult to her work and responds angrily.
- Slide: 2
- Other classmates begin joining the argument. The discussion becomes filled with insults instead of helpful feedback.
- Mind your own business!
- Justin is right.
- Anne is too sensitive...

- During their break, Justin explains that his message was only meant to improve the presentation, not insult Anne's work. Anne realizes her mistake, apologizes for overreacting online and in person, and they resolve the misunderstanding respectfully.
- I was only trying to help improve our presentation. I didn't mean to offend you.
