Storyboard Text

  • What is this man teaching??? I don't understand anything.
  • Electric current is the flow of electrons through a complete circuit of conductors.
  • Who are you?And how did you come inside my room.
  • My name is Michael Faraday and I was the one who invented Current Electricity.
  • But why are you here?
  • I am here to explain about Current Electricity.
  • Thanks for coming here. I didn't understand anything my online tutor was teaching me.
  • So, lets start. The basic components of an electric circuit comprises of1) Cell2)Switch3)Light Bulb4)Connecting Wires.
  • But then what is Ammeter, Voltmeter, and Resistor?
  • Ammeter is a device that is used to measure the current passing at a particular point in a circuit. Voltmeter is a device that is used to measure the voltage between two points in a circuit.Resistor is a device that is used to restrict the amount of current flow in the circuit.the higher the resistance, less the amount of current flowing through it. The less the resistance, more the amount of current flowing through it.
  • Thank you Mr. FaradayI have now understood all the basic concepts of this lesson.
  • A stream of electrons moving through a conductor constitutes an electric current.Conventionally, the direction of current is taken opposite to the direction of flow of electrons. The SI unit of electric current is ampere
  • Now, I will have to go because the script limit given by Mrs. Mohan has finished.
