Doing sport of physical activities releases the bodies "Happy chemicals." This helps lower the bodies level of stress hormones. According to Haifaxhealth. org It says that sports are normally associated with lower rates of stress, anxiety, depression and suicidal behavior.
In this panel it demonstrates how depression can be treated this can be seen throughout the story as the main character Jame's went through a difficult time as the story explored what happened during his time of depression and some of the things that he did to help improve his mood and how he feels.
