- This panel explores the step of NAC with this step being the first one being notice. This is seen where we can see how the man is realizing that his friend is acting differently from normal. This is important because it helps us understand the importance and how common mental illnesses can be because of struggles that you go through.

- Talking to others is a very effective way to help cure and get your emotions out, This can also let you know that during hard times that you are not alone and that there are always others that can help you get through that period of time. In this panel it demonstrates how the man is discussing with his friend about him needing help because of how he is currently feeling. Referring to the NAC with the second step being to ask someone about how they are feeling.
- Talking to others is an effective way to help you feel better this is because it helps you feel more connected to others because talking to others allows you to feel connected and lets you know that you have others supporting you through this hard period of time. This is a good coping techinque as it lets you know that you are not alone. This is also the final step of NAC being connect seen in this panel you can see that the person struggling is connecting to others letting him know that he is not alone.
- Its just so hard!!! Why me... I've lost my job... and my parents are both dead! Why am I the unlucky one I just don't Understand!!!
