- Mr. Darcy is mostly known as a very stubborn man while Elizabeth Bennet is very witty and spirited.
- Main Event #3: The Bingley Ball
- May I have this next dance?
- In this scene, this is where Mr. Darcy first meets Elizabeth while Mr. Bingley offers her sister Jane a dance. Mr. Darcy being the arrogant person he is makes rude remarks about Elizabeth.
- Main Event #4: The Proposal
- This has been my motive, my fair cousin, and I flatter myself it will not sink me in your esteem.
- I must decline Mr. Collins.
- After Jane was invitied to the Bingley estate and got ill while Elizabeth took care of her for a coulple days, the rest of the Bennet women came to pick them up in the carriage and Mr. Darcy helped Elizabeth into the carriage which shocked both him and her.
- While they are at the Bingley's ball Mr. Collins, Elizabeth's pompous cousin dance twice but then Mr. Darcy comes over and asks Elizabeth to dance. She accepts and after, they head over to Ms. Bingley and laugh about what Mr. Collins just did.
- The reason for Mr. Collins coming was to find a bride so while they are eating everyone excuses themselves so he can propose to Elizabethin a very boring manner. Once he's done talking Elizabeth as gently as she possibly can, rejects him.
