  • Today I am going to show you a few practices which is adapted by Sweden in order to make the city more green. Sweden is the number 1 country which is working the best to make the country more clean and neat.
  • This was because of sweden was not at all developed and did not even think far to make the city green and clean. But since 2011, the Sweden's government has started to make decisions towards their enviornment as well.
  • Before 2011, Sweden was having one of the worst conditions towards their enviornment and growth.
  • These are the different types of Erosions.
  • Sheet erosionWhen water moves over the land surface as a sheet, it takes away the topmost thin layer of soil. This phenomenon occurs uniformly on the slopes of hilly areas, riverbeds and areas affected by floods. This type of erosion is known as sheet erosion
  • Wind erosionErosion of large quantity of fine soil particles and sand from deserts by wind is known as wind erosion. It is spread over the cultivated land and thus, destroys fertility of that land.

  • They planned a "National Plastic Action Plan which was launched in 2023. Herewith they plan to reduce plastic consumption , including 50% decrease in single use plastic cups and food containers by 2026, and a maximum of 40 plastic bags per person per year by 2025.
  • After all of this Sweden though to develop itself as all the plastic mess made it disgust.
  • As well as, they emphasize more on the 3R's which are Reduce, Reuse and Recycle. And the citizens are asked to pay up fines if they litter the roads.
  • Moreover, they used strategical buisiness ideas like increasing the bag charges and they have increased the Producer Responsibility.
