- MOM: August, are you ready to go to school?
- AUGUST:Mom please, I don’t want to go to school.
- JULIAN: August why do you have a braid like star wars?
- AUGUST: I am nervous for the first day of school. (Ms Petosa smiles to August)
- MOM: I'm so sorry Via, Ihave to take care of August
- VIA: Mom, are you coming to see my soccer game tomorrow?
- Chapter 1 :August’s Mum said to August to go to school. Mr Tushman asked Julian Jack and Charlotte to show August the school.
- Chapter 2 :August was nervous for his first day of school. Ms Petosa smiled at everyone but August the most. Julian asked August why he had a braid like star wars. Then Ms Petosa said that when you have the choice between right and kind, choose kind. At lunch time a girl with long wavy hair and green eyes sat next to August, her name was Summer.
- Chapter 3:Via thinks that mom and dad gives August especial attention and that's why they can’t watch her play soccer. She organiza her life because mom and dad haven’t got time for her. Via describes August. Via’s friends were Miranda and Ella. Miranda gave August an astronaut helmet. Miranda was away all summer, on the first day of school she looked different.
