- How can we stop global warming? Here are some solutions

- We can stop deforestation, trees absorb and store carbon dioxide, trees are responsible for absorbing 25% of the planet's carbon dioxide in the atmosphere. If we continue with deforestation we would be getting rid of something that gets rid of one-quarter of carbon dioxide in the atmosphere.
- What are some things we can do individually?
- There many things other things the world can do to stop climate change like stopping the burning of fossil fuels when we burn fossil fuels sends carbon dioxide into the atmosphere which warms the planet we can also start using more renewable energy which will also slow down the emissions of carbon dioxide as we don't have to rely on fossil fuels. We can also start recycling which stops the emissions of greenhouse gasses because it requires less energy for manufacturing products using recyclable raw materials!
- Switch to LED light bulbs!
- More things we can do to stop global warming is to reduce livestock on farms, animals release methane a greenhouse gas that goes into the atmosphere and warms up the planet, because of microorganisms that are involved in their digestive processes and nitrous oxide from decomposing manure. Another thing we can do is that we can start using electric vehicles more especially for public transportation, vehicles that run off of fossil fuels send greenhouses into the air, heating up the planet more.
- Stop using a dryer and air dry your clothes
- One of the things to stop climate change is to take public transportation when you can. Taking public transportation conserves fuel, air pollution is reduced, and the area's carbon footprint is reduced.
- Switching to LED light bulbs can save energy since it uses less electricity you're not putting as much carbon emissions into the atmosphere, therefore lowing your carbon footprint.
- Air drying on something like a clothesline can help save electricity, 26 million tonnes of carbon dioxide, drying your clothes on a clothesline can help bring your carbon footprint down.
