- Did you know that on december 24, 1979 the soviet union invaded Afghanistan under the pretext of holding the soviet - afghan friendship. Around that time i was just 15 years old . Let me tell you about that time.
- Oh my! He overthrew the king and declared himself the president and firms ties with USSR. Finnally monarchy has ended we are now republic of afghanistan. Does that mean our lives would finally be better now?
- Mohammed Daoud, the former Afghan Prime Minister, launched a successful coup against King Zahir.
