- "...I can feel it coming. Quick! Listen while I am master of myself...I shall beg and implore you, with entreaties and threatening's...but do not listen...Harden your hearts and stop your ears..."
- There is nothing he can say or do that'll make me change my mind
- ...Let's be on our guard...He'll be cunning...Do we all promise that whatever he says we don't touch those cords?...
- Rather!
- Hush! Something's happening...
- *groans*
- Jill, Puddleglum, and Scrubb are sitting around while the knight is telling them about what is about to happen.
- ...Buried alive...How many years is it?...Have I lived ten years or a thousand years, in the pit?...Let me out, let me go back...
- Stand fast! Steady...
- The three just took in what the knights has just said to them and are agreeing to listen to him and not take those cords off of him no matter what he says to them.
- Quick! I am sane now. Every night I am sane. If only I could get out of this enchanted chair, it would last. I should be a man again. But every night they bind me... I am not your prisoner. Quick! Cut these cords!
- The knight is starting to transform into the person that screams, groans, and begs to be set free.
- This is dreadful. I do wish we'd stayed away till it was over.
- Beware. Beware. One night I did break them. But the witch was there that time. You will not have her to help you tonight. Free me now, and I am your friend. I'm your mortal enemy else.
- *Still straining in his cords*
- The three listens to the knight while he is begging for answers, and he seems to be so confused about who he is and where he is.
- OH!
- Once and for all, I adjure you to set me free. By all fears and all loves, by the bright skies of Overland, by the great Lion, by Aslan himself, I charge you--
- The knight is begging to be let out because he slowly comes to the realization that this is not who he is or who he was before.
- The knight is starting to get agitated that they are not listening to him, and he starts to try to scare them and insult them. While the three talk amongst themselves about how he is being cunning and that they wish they did not have to endeavor this.
- You may well believe that I know Narnia, for I am Rilian, Prince of Narnia, and Caspian the great King is my father!
- This scene is showing when the knight said one of the signs that Aslan warned them about to look out for. Aslan told them that if anybody says "in the name of Aslan" to do anything for them that they must and that it's a sign from the mission.
- They realized that they needed to cut the cords after they had a long discussion about whether they should risk the mission again since they have not gotten any of the other signs right that was given from Aslan.
- In the name of Aslan!*Cuts through the cords*
- And they were right! The sign was correct that Aslan gave them! They found the lost Prince and their journey back home to Narnia starts when they start back out of the cave and through the obstacles, they have to face on the way back! But nevertheless, the mission was a success the lost Prince was returned to Narnia to the great King Caspian. The End.
