  • -Wait, let me try to sum it up. So the same oxygen plants let out, is now being used to perform Cellular Respiration. That means plants let out CO2, which is then used in Photosynthesis again!

  • But if plants don't receive enough (or any) light at all for example, than they can't perform photosynthesis, which may slow the rate of Cellular Respiration.
