- as you can see im in my kitchen for todays episode!! Im going to be showing you how to make a healthy sandwich as opposed to something un-nutritional
- During this I will add sound effects to make the venires more interested. Also add some text boxes when making my video to make it more appealing.

- Okay to start make sure you always wash your hands, lets go get our ingredients

- Okay now that we have finished assembling the sandwich we can cut it down the middle!!!(triangular cut)
- after making the sandwich I will also put the ingredients on the side, and maybe some alternatives if the specific food isn't available add music fro background when showing the final result
