- It's a Tuesday afternoon, Ted and Jess, who are coworkers, had been discussing the gender inequality issue. Jess believed that it is unfair that men are put at an advantage. While Ted agrees, he doesn't think its that big of a deal.
- I get what you're saying, but it's really not that big of a deal. 18 cents does not make a difference.
- The 18 cents add up over time. It's unfair, and I don't understand how you think its not that big of a deal.
- It's quite unjust that for every dollar a man earns, a woman only earns $0.82. This is so unfair that the quality of work is the same, but I get paid lesser

- With their roles being reversed, Ted and Jess continued with their work and personal lives. Both employees put in the same amount of effort as they did before.

- See, it's so much more than just the money. Gender inequality makes women feel like they aren't as good as men, or that men are superior. This mindset is flawed especially since we both perform the same quality of work.
