- When Patrick came home from work, he was greeted by the loving housewife, Mary, She gave him a less and mode dinner for her. Before she could cook something up, Patrick called her to tell her something . He said that he was going to leave her and pregnant baby. This changed her whole wood and went to the kitchen to pick up the frozen lamb leg.

- The climax in the story occurs when Mary takes the frozen lamb leg and hits him in the head, instantly killing him. When the detective came to the home to find out what happen to Patrick they notice the cooking lamb in the oven. This is the point at which they were the closest to finding the murder weapon. Mary had to find a way to dispose of it quickly and effectively.

- While the detectives tries to find out and figure who might have killed Patrick, MaryINDEMOconvince the detectives to eat the cooked lamb leg. They eventually agree to eat the meal and cause them to literally eat away there only evidence for the murder case.The detectives never found out what happened to Patrick and Mary reminds a freewomen.
