  • One holiday that most australians celebrate is Australia day, where they celebrate the british who colonized Australia. But for the Aboriginal people, there's no celebration of this, because the Aboriginal lost their land, family, and the right to practice their culture. Another holiday is Anzac Day, celebrated on April 25. This holiday is to mark the first big military action fought by Australia and New Zealand in World War II. Australia's main religion is Christianity, and the main language is english.
  • aboriginal people
  • The Aboriginal and Torres Strait People lived in Australia for more than 50,000 years before the Europeans colonized Australia. The Aboriginal people used things from the land, they didn't take things from it, unlike Britain. They didn't make buildings, or use any sort of fences. When the British Colonized Australia, they killed the Aborigines people, nearly killing them all.
