I think that technology is crucial to have in today's classrooms. I would consider myself average when it comes to my technology skills. Sometimes, technology intimidates me since it is always changing and evolving!

I am studying Elementary/Special Education. Technology is especially important for special education settings. I am really interested in communication based technology for students who are non-verbal. I have seen some assistive technology in past assistantships and was just in awe at how much it benefited students!

The only technology I use everyday is my phone, laptop, and TV. I am looking forward to learning new technology skills/tools that will be more beneficial to me as a future teacher!
