- The theme of Love, Hate and Other Filters thus far is that hate will always find its way into life
- It's a Muslim terrorist! They hate America
- Brian is speaking against Maya because he wants to fire them up, as that seems to make him happy. "I can see how our words are like fuel that incites him." I have a feeling that Brian will not stop hating on Maya even after his suspension
- Is your uncle that terrorist?
- This is another example of how hate can seep into peoples' lives. This progresses the theme because it threatens that something bad will happen soon;
- You're dead you f****** terrorists
- This is the first act of hate against Muslims from Brian. It is fairly likely that he had some bad experience with a Muslim, and generalized that all are bad.
- Whoever the terrorist who did it was, they killed many people. This sparked false assumptions, like the fact that people thought it was Kamal Aziz, which cause Brian to harass Maya
