In this module we will teach you the ability to understand and meet the needs of others as well as the ability to interact and listen to others. Otherwise known as Tips and Information:-make sure your friends are people who leave a positive impact on your life-the three stages of stress are the alarm (fight ot flight), exhuastion (long period of stress) , and resistance stage (tired after setttlling).-to help with stress just focus on what actually maters in life. Remind your firends of the same hting when consoling a stressed friend.-There are defense mechanisms to stress such as projection, rationalizaion, escape or fantasy, and more.-stay consistent nd self encouraging when stressed to avoid stree-induced eating.-Be appreciative of your talents and the goo in your life. MAny of the things iny our life that cause you stress should never be a detrement to your helth.

-Practicing physical wellness through flexibility, strength/endurance, and cardiovascular endurance can result in preventing a high body fat composition and its dangerous consequences-When it comes to managing your social, mental, and physical wellness use SMART goals. specific, measurable, achievable, realistic, and time-relatedThese goals should be actually planned out to achieve them
Try to avoid stress as it may cause habits such as under eating and intense feelings.
