- One day I woke up and my sister and all of her friends were in the living room. I got dressed and brushed my teeth. I walked into the living room and then my sister said to me, “We are going to go to Kings Island today and you are coming with us.” I didn’t want to go at all, but my sister and my mom made me. As we were on the way to Kings Island I was nervous because I knew they were going to make me go on a ride, but I didn’t know which one.
- The entire day my sister and her friends were all going on a bunch of rides, and I thought I was in the clear when it was coming to the end of the day. Then my sister said, “ Parker, we are going to go on one more ride.” Now I was scared because I didn’t know which ride we were going to. Then I saw that we were going into the line for BANSHEE.
- My heart was pounding out of my chest, but then I thought that only they were going to ride it and not me. I was wrong. Right when we were next in line, I tried to skip through, but my sister picked me up and strapped me down on the seat. My mom sat right down beside me and when we were heading up the chainlift the ride stopped. A kid unbuckled his seatbelt. I was up there for 15 minutes. Finally, the ride started up again and the entire ride I closed my eyes. In the end I loved it, and I have never been scared to ride it again. That day I accomplished my biggest fear of riding Banshee.
