- Eli rode the bus with his friend James. Eli and James are crossing their fingers that they don't have to work on the project. Once Eli got to school, they went into the classroom. Ms. Kathy made an announcement "Class you will all be working on the project I introduced yesterday, where you have to find a problem that is affecting our environment and how to fix it". Eli groaned with frustration. Eli said "I still don't have an idea for this project, and it's due on Friday. WHAT am I going to do?"
- "What are you gonna do for the project Eli?" James said. "I haven't decided yet. I'm getting really worried" Eli said. Eli was getting more and more worried. This always happens to Eli for every project. Usually his parents have an idea for him, but this time his parents didn't have any ideas Eli liked. "James, do you have an idea for the project yet?" Eli said

- "I don't want to tell you" James said. "Why not?" Eli said. "Eli you have a history of taking people's ideas. Last week you took Anthony's idea. I know you don't like Anthony, but it's wrong to take other people's ideas" James said. "You're my friend James. I promise that I won't take your idea if you tell me" Eli said.
- "Remember, class only 2 people can do the same topic on this project. The project is due by the end of the week. Good luck" Ms. Kathy said. The bell rang for recess and James and Eli went outside. "Fine. Eli, I will tell you since you're my friend. I'm doing the project on plastic in the ocean, and how turtles get harmed by plastic in the ocean" James said. " Wow! Good idea" Eli said.

- Eli really loved that idea, but James was doing it. Maybe Eli could do the same idea as James, since 2 people can do the same idea. It's not copying, if Eli does the same topic, but says totally different things than James. Right? At least he has an idea now. Hopefully James is not too upset.
