- Esther stayed home from school on her third day to take care of her sick aunt who had been left home alone. She turned out to be much more sick then the family had thought and was rushed of to hospital after Esther called an ambulance.
- Daniel revels to the elders his wishes of becoming a doctor and is beaten and throw out of the cult along with Esther who tried to help Daniel.
- Kirby/Esther and Daniel went to stay with Miriam and other relatives who escaped the cult and Kirby found out her mother was really in a psychotic ward in Wellington.
- Kirby went to an interview with her Mum and her Mum's doctor where he told her how to look after her mother. Kirby got annoyed saying she knew how to do it when they reveled it was really about her. They were concerned about how she was coping
- After a while apart, Kirby and Her Mum went back to living together happily, this time in Wellington.
- Kirby, her mother, and the escaped family all watch a documentary about the cult moving and Kirby is finally whole because Esther is now dead.
