Instructions for Safe Driving and Neat Driving Record1. A Zero alcohol/drug limit, a limit of one passenger (with exceptions), restrictions on using electronic devices, and a night driving curfew are the main restrictions for young drivers in BC.2.Be aware of your surroundings, anticipate potential hazards, and be prepared to react safely. 3. Always buckle up and ensure all passengers are buckled up as well.4. An L or N sign must be displayed on the back of the vehicle to clearly identify the drivers as a Lerner or Novice driver respectively.5.Always obey posted speed and driving rules and regulations and watch for the pedestrians, kids and cyclists on the road.
