- The Salem Witch Trials
- It was that slave, she went into the woods and cast a spell on us and now we're sick.
- Tituba
- No please I didn't do anything.
- Your going to jail for casting a spell on the children you witch.
- Witch
- The witch hunt begins
- Surely there must be more than one witch. I know, if we burn them at the stake or hang them, they will surely free themselves.
- 9 year old Elizabeth Parris, and 11 year old Abigail williams, one day began having violent contortions and uncontrolable outburst of screaming. They blamed it on the family slave Tituba.
- Laws by Church
- I now declaire that all must go to Church on Sundays and preach only christianity
- Tituba was a slave who had worked for the family for at least a decade, she was only around 15 at the time of the trials.
- Mayflower Compact
- Everyone was on high alert making sure that they didn't live next to a witch. Although many people also accused people just they didn't like them, by saying that they turned people into frogs. Until they realized that by doing that, it caused lots of tension between neighbors and decied to come up with a system called Innocent until Guilty.
- Separation of Church and State
- Government is brought over and the church choses the laws that come and go. Going so far as to searching homes to make sure families are at church on Sundays.
- The Mayflower Compact brings self-government into America. The people get to vote if they want the law or not.

- Roger Williams and Anne Hutchinson were exiled for saying that people should worship how they choose, and made Rhode Island. They soon made Separation of Church of State. The church can no longer control the government laws.
