Regular balloons pop cuz pressure on them increases and the volume decreases till it pops. It's called Boyle's law. The plastic on these balloons is strong enough not to pop under pressure.

Ok let me teach you guys how to use this. It uses the Charles law. So you light a flame under the balloon, and the high temp will increase the volume of the air inside. This makes the balloon go up.
