  • Your health is very important and is measured (or balanced) by the Health Triangle. The Health Triangle is made up of your Social, Physical, and Emotional states. People with good social health typically are able to balance and have good relationships. For the Physical portion exercise and weight/height are important. For your Emotional state you should have good and healthy (positive) thoughts towards yourself and others around you. Stress is not good for your mental health and should be avoided. Also to maintain good health you should know how to say "NO!" for defense. Some examples are denial and projection. Another way to keep up with your health is through your food consumption. I'm referring to stress eating. Some ways to keep away from stress eating is to eat regularly and keep a balanced diet, don't skip any of your meals, don't fasten your pace while eating (don't eat like a sloth either), and writing some good affirmations about yourself and not stressing too much will have a good 99.9% chance! Let's not leave out that fact that it's best if you keep an open mind and keep telling yourself positive things. This is Lily! Sorry it's so much.
