- Hey, Tatiana. Just wanted to let you know that you've done great work with today's presentation. However, boss has a problem with your hair. Maybe you can comb it out ?
- Black women are being discriminated within the workforce.
- Why are they talking about me like I'm not in the same room as them?
- According to Connell and Messerschmidt, there is a societal pattern in which stereotypically male traits are idealized as the masculine cultural ideal.This makes people believe that the black woman is not fit for high paying jobs.
- Why is she even here? She didn't even bother to do her hair.
- Connell and Messerschmidt also stated that along with being mistreated they get paid less than their peers.This can cause women of all races to feel as though they have to compete with each other.
- OOPS! looks like I beat you to it, you should probably take the stairs anyway. You won't have to worry about your hair being sweated out.
- Although black women face these obstacles at work, they still beat all odds against them and come out on top by achieving and conquering goals in their chosen work fields.
- Today was tough at work but I know that I am great at what I do and I know that what others say or do has nothing to do with me and all to do with themselves. I am divine feminine.
