- I just got out from the elevator and this man just starred at me and stood on my way. Not only he did that, he throwed a compliment that left me in disbelief.

- According to the labour rights sexual harassment is an unfair labour practice and everyone has a rigt to a wworkplace that is free from sexual harassment.

- I had a meeting earlier this morning with the female staff.They have brought it to my attention that they are experencing sexual harrassment in the Spar premises.
- The female employeesare having a small meeting during their lunch to dicuss the issue of sexual harrassment they are dealing wih. They came to an agreement that they will take it to the trade union representative.

- A trade union representative is permitted to hold meetings with employees outside their working hours at the employees remises.
- In terms ofSection 14 of the LRA shop stewars have a right to assist and represent employees at grievance, disciplinary proceedings at their request.

- Management has promised the employees to take appropriate action in accordance with this code, when instances of sexual harrassment which occur within the workplace are brought to their attention.
